Delivery Times

• Engraved items (e.g., custom chef knives) may take an additional week.
• Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days, depending on location and stock.
• Tracking details are sent via email once shipped.
• External delays (e.g., couriers) may affect delivery.

• If you nominate another person to receive the parcel, their signature confirms delivery.
• No shipping insurance is included.

Safe Drop Policy

• All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (Safe Drop).
• If a secure spot isn’t found, your parcel will be taken to a local collection point.
• You’ll receive a notification card with pickup details.

Order Tracking

• After dispatch, you’ll get an email with tracking info.
• To update delivery instructions, contact Australia Post directly or via MyPost (https://auspost.com.au).

Order Cancellation or Changes

• You may cancel or change your order before packing starts.

Delivery of Restricted Knives

• Proof of age/ID (e.g., driver’s license) may be required for regulated knife deliveries.
• Failure to provide ID may lead to cancellation.
