  • Complete and accurate delivery information, including postcode.

  • Australian delivery addresses only.

  • Exclusions for wholesale, bulk orders, or selected products where applicable.

Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or engraved items (such as engraved chef knives) may require an additional week for processing.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times may be affected by courier or Australia Post delays outside our control.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• We currently deliver within Australia only.

• If you nominate another person to receive your parcel, their acceptance of the delivery will be considered proof of delivery.

• Shipping insurance is not included unless otherwise stated.

Safe Drop Policy

• Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (Safe Drop) where available.

• If a safe location cannot be identified, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to a nearby collection point.

• You'll receive a notification with collection details.

Order Tracking

• A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

• For delivery instructions or parcel updates, you can manage your delivery through Australia Post MyPost or contact Australia Post directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be changed or cancelled before packing has begun.

Delivery of Age-Restricted Knives

• Certain knife products may require proof of age and identity (such as a driver's licence) upon delivery.

• If age verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled or returned.
